President Pratibha Patil will be conducting the bhoomi pujan ceremony for the city’s second Metro rail corridor on August 18. The Charkop-Bandra-Mankhurd corridor project was bagged by a consortium led by Reliance Infrastructure Ltd and is estimated to cost Rs 11,000 crore.
